The Wetland International School was started in the year 2017 under the supervision of Kindergarten Education Society.

The ‘WIS’ is situated in Makhu in Adarsh Nagar,Teh Zira, Distt. Ferozepur(Punjab) on the outer skirt of Makhu on the merging boundary of the Village Vinjoke , Waris wala Arriyan and Makhu and falls in urban area the Nagar Panchayat Makhu (farmed by combining by the three villages Makhu,Vinjoke and Waras wala Arriyan in the year 1990).

“The vision of the school as per the school name is to cater in the students love for the nature “. At present school is for classes from Class 1st to 8th standard. The school is recognized by District Education Officer (Govt.)

The school has outstanding curriculum taught by qualified specialist teachers and is providing broad range experiences and opportunities. School provide after school activities of vast range of physical and creatives experience.
